We just wanted to say how much we are enjoying our renovated bathroom and kitchen – along with a number of other updates, fixes and adjustments we requested along the way eg built in wardrobes
It looks amazing and the number of people who visit us are amazed by the design, layout, attention detail and quality. “It’s something out of a vogue magazine” – is mentioned on many occasions.
Working with you and your team was seamless, and combined with your attention to detail, the skills and attention by your team – I think we had the dream renovation.
Prior to us renovating – everyone shared their horror stories, about delays, over budget, lack of professionalism– you name it, it was mentioned, we were both very nervous.
However you put both of us at ease right from the start and we look forward to working with you on our next project.

We were happy to return to Better Bathrooms to update our master bedroom, as they had previously done a great job on bringing our bathrooms into the 21st century. Garrett was fantastic at suggesting ideas and incorporating our practical needs so we now have a relaxed sanctuary in a beautiful contemporary setting, which we expect to enjoy for many years to come.
As with any building process, there were small problems encountered along the way, but these were dealt with quickly and professionally to our satisfaction. Garrett is extremely approachable in dealing with any problems.
In general, the tradespeople were reliable, polite, obliging and careful.
We are satisfied customers who would be happy to recommend Better Bathrooms to those considering renovations.

Garrett has arranged a kitchen and two bathroom renovations for us over the years and after the first bathroom renovation we didn’t bother to consider any other company. We would often try to get quotes from other companies to ensure BBK were competitive and this was always the case. We would always choose BBK based on the hassle free, nothing is too much trouble attitude of all the staff.
Garrett’s knowledge of products available and suggestions for design, as well as the professional team of builders make better bathrooms and kitchens an excellent company to deal with.

At the start of the year I decided to renovate both my bathroom and kitchen. After many tries in visiting well advertising kitchen places I rang a friend who was in the middle of having her kitchen renovated by BBK. A phone call I will never regret.
I walked into the BBK show rooms and was greeted by Kate saying to her something like “I want to renovate my kitchen and bathroom for my old age and reminded her that housework was not my No1 priority”. Away we went. I was not very fussy but I wanted the renovation to be practicable. The bathroom was small but the kitchen was much easier. I just wanted bench space in the kitchen, something I never had.
Along the journey I found all staff/contractors were very reliable, easy to work with, workmanship first class with one “tradie” coming into the bathroom and saying to another “tradie” this bathroom has the WOW factor. I did not have to worry.
Many special thanks to all Garrett, Kate, Jarrod and the many others who wandered in and out of my home during the renovations. Back enjoying my cooking and entertainment. Living in my dream bathroom and kitchen.

We are delighted with our recent kitchen, bathroom and laundry renovation.
It took us several years to find the right people to work with - someone who would listen and was prepared to think outside the box.
Both Karen and Garrett excelled in taking the time to understand what we were trying to achieve and were able to turn our ideas of recreating our 1940s kitchen and bathroom into reality. Nothing was ever too much trouble (even when we knew it was!). Our communication with Garrett was always professional and prompt and on the few occasions when we had minor issues, they were always dealt with immediately and without drama. Karen worked tirelessly to ensure that the design was exactly what we wanted and provided the advice and flexibility that was crucial to the end result.
All the trades people who worked on our job were punctual, courteous and professional. We were very pleased with the quality of the finished work. Thanks to Glen the carpenter, Fred the cabinet maker and to the tilers, electricians and plumber who made it all happen.
We have had nothing but high praise for our reno - everyone loves the curves! The kitchen is a dream to work in and we look forward to enjoying our house for many years to come.
