This gives us enough initial information to give you a variety of design possibilities and the approximate costing to achieve your design using various types of materials.

We will also explain to you the process of how your renovation will be carried out from the planning stage through to completion.

The next step is to commission our design quotation service.

We then make an on-site inspection to obtain accurate measurements and confirm site possibilities. Should our inspection reveal any rectification requirements, we will fully explain our findings and the solutions to them with you.

We then work with accurate measurements, and our experience, using your objectives and guidelines. A picture is worth a thousand words, and our Computer Aid Design (CAD) allows you to see your finished project in 3D before you spend a single cent on renovation.

Your quote will be a comprehensive and detailed breakdown of goods and services used to complete your project. This allows you the flexibility to change your design or substitute appliances or materials used to meet with your budget.

Our design quotation service is a fully refundable $500 fee on final balance of project completion.

When your design is completed to your satisfaction, we can start your project immediately with a 10% deposit. Our average lead time for work to start is six to eight weeks. We guarantee to have all works completed by your agreed contract date.

All work over $5,000 is covered by the HIA builders' guarantee for a period of 6.5 years. All appliances and fittings carry their own individual guarantees.
